Laarnaay’s Boutique La Chic Chicks Giveaway Official Rules
No purchase or payment of any form is needed to enter or win a prize. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
1) ENTRY PERIOD:
It begins at 12:00:01 a.m. on June 18, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on July 18, 2010. (”Entry Period”). All entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. on July 18, 2010. Laarnaay’s Boutique computer is the authorized time-keeping device for the Giveaway.
2) QUALIFICATION:
The giveaway is open only to individuals who are legal residents of one of the Regions of the Philippines, and at least 13 (thirteen) years of age. If you are under eighteen (18), you must get permission from your parents/guardians to participate the Giveaway. Immediate family members of Laarni, the owner of Laarnaay’s Boutique, are ineligible to enter. “Immediate family members” means parents, spouses, siblings, in-laws, grandparents as well as each of their spouses and household members, whether related or not.
4) HOW TO WIN:
All participants are requested to earn points by inviting people to join, spreading the word, and talking about Laarnaay’s Boutique La Chic Chicks Giveaway across the Internet.

The more points you earn, the more chances of winning. We will be using RANDOM.org to pick out the lucky winner!
5) THE PRIZE:
The winner gets to choose one of the prizes: Forever21 $15 Gift Certificate (Forever21.com) and Victoria’s Secret $15 Gift Certificate (Victoriassecret.com). The one lucky winner gets a chance to shop for free in one of these online shops mentioned (including shipping fee and custom tax).
Laarnaay’s Boutique is no way associated with Forever21 and Victoria’s Secret.
6) ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE WINNER AND PRIZE CONDITIONS:
The winner of the giveaway will be announced on July 19, 2010 via the shop’s blog and newsletter. She/he will be notified via e-mail, as well, which will contain more instructions. For some reason, if the winner failed to reply to our notification within 7 days, we’ll be picking another winner.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-negotiable, and not convertible to cash. Laarnaay’s Boutique will answer all the shipping fees and the custom tax.
7) PRIVACY POLICY:
We’ll be collecting the following personal information:
- Your name (all participants)
- Your age (all participants)
- Your location (all participants)
- Your e-mail address (all participants)
- Your contact number(s) (winner)
- Your shipping address (winner)
